Michael Sing is the Managing Director of aml. He is also the Managing Partner of msl|michael sing lawyers. Having more than 21 years extensive experience in commercial, property and business transactions as well as insurance and corporate matters, Michael works closely with the firm's clients to ensure that they achieve their commercial goals and advance their business interests.

Susan Sing

Susan is a property and commercial lawyer who has particular expertise in the area of foreign investment and advises on real estate contracts, all aspects of conveyancing, property investment and general commercial agreements. Her experience and extensive property investment knowledge result from the 23 years Susan has spent practising exclusively in this area of the law. Her expertise has been gained from representing individual, corporate and government clients in a wide range of residential, retail and commercial property transactions.

Letitia is a registered migration agent and a trade marks attorney. She has more than 20 years of commercial experience gained in both the public and private sectors. Her expertise includes migration law, intellectual property law, marketing, branding and commercialisation. She recently completed a Master of Arts (Laws) majoring in migration law, intellectual property law, corporations law and business law.
Letitia grew up in Namibia on the West Coast of Africa in a town called Tsumeb (close to the famous Etosha National Park). At the age of 18 she left Namibia to study in South Africa at the Potchefstroom University. After graduating, she spent the next 10 years working for local Government in South Africa and was appointed Ombudsman for a City Council on the East Rand in 1995.
Letitia and her family migrated to Australia in 1996 and settled on the Gold Coast in sunny Queensland. Letitia has also worked for two of the largest patent and trade mark attorney firms in Queensland gaining valuable experience and establishing a trusted network of associates. Passionate about business development, Letitia mentors SME’s, is a member of the Queensland State Government’s “Mentoring for Growth” program and speaks regularly to various industry groups on commercialisation and business development.
Letitia is in a good position to advise business migrants and maintains an impressive list of Australian industry, commercial, professional and Government contacts established over 10 years.

Peter Kuek-Kong Lee
LLB (Hons; LLM (Legal Practice) with Merit; a registered migration agent (MARN 0427478).
 

Peter has specialised expertise in migration where he spent more than 24 years as a professional Immigration Officer in the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).  During his time in DIAC (1979-2003), he worked in their operational, policy and secretariat areas, gaining good insights in how the department functioned. He has had six overseas postings with the department, completing service in Malaysia, Sri Lanka, China and USA. He served as the head of the Immigration Section in his last five postings with DIAC. His last posting was to Shanghai from 1999-2002. While still with the department, he was awarded the department's 1991 Australia Day Medallion.

Since resigning from the Immigration Department in 2003, Peter worked as a specialist migration lawyer with the largest independent law firm Meyer Vandenberg Lawyers in Canberra. During this time, he represented many clients successfully in the Department of Immigration and in the Migration Review Tribunal.

Peter has also been teaching migration law at the Australian National University (ANU) and at Griffith University. At ANU he teaches the Graduate Certificate in Migration Law. This is a national program that is taught to candidates who wish to work as migration agents and be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).

Given his legal training and depth of experience, including teaching prospective migration agents, Peter is well equipped to assist clients with their visa inquiries. As an experienced lawyer, he is committed to giving his clients a personalised service. He will ensure that they understand what is involved, and that they are kept fully informed as their case proceeds
